So if you aren't going to release any info why release any info? And why does the start publish anything at all without knowing what's going on?

I guess we shall see what kind of deal has been worked out but this guy deserves to spend a good deal of time in jail. I hope he does not get off with a hand smacking.

Why is personal information being given to recruiters? Is this something a parent can request not to happen?

This man is a soldier sworn to protect the United States of America. He is a hero to all of us, and we should not let these accusations taint his status as a hero. He signed up to put himself in harms way to protect you and me and teenage girls, so if he needs to feel loved and needed by fondling girls, and touching them in a sexual manner, then so be it. He shouldn't have to answer to anyone but the Lord for his actions. If he were to kill someone in the line of duty, fine. Why is this any different?

If rape is inevitable, just lay there and enjoy it.

Whether you are a man or a woman, rape should never be inevitable.I have yet to hear any man or woman who was raped to say it was enjoyed. Rape is an ugly degrading way to say,"I have power over You".
If this so-called soldier IS such a hero then he is not representing us very well while he is in another country.
I have heard of soldiers raping and pillaging because of frustration and boredom.
These men are in the high schools during lunch hours and they get to talk to anyone there, in one on one conversations. I'll bet somebody up higher knew of his "problem". They tend to look the other way.

It is now time to do something about this. Please call your Indiana Senator and House Representatives and ask them to support Senator Mike Delph’s SB#20 during the next legislative session this fall. SB#20 proposes that “military recruiters and Indiana National Guard members” to be included to the Indiana Child Seduction Law 35-42-4-7. Regardless of the consent issue, recruiters are people in the position of power and influence over our young adults and their future career paths. Presently, the law does hold those employed by a school corporation to a much higher standard when working with our children. Why not hold “military recruiters and Indiana National Guard members” when they are in over 600 high-schools across Indiana? The Indiana National Guard has a mammoth problem with disciplinary concerns and ethics regarding sexual misconduct. For more information, please go to www.WTHR.com and view Sandra Chapman’s video series entitled “Betrayal of Trust”.

Any idiot can be sworn in to protect the United States. I've served with dozens of them. Just because you've taken an oath doesn't mean you're a hero.

The men and women that are putting their lives on the line for us every day in the far away regions of the world are MY heros. Not the opportunistic scum that prey on young, impressionable children.

You can ask your school administration to exclude your child from military profiling. This is some thing they do not promote much, but is certainly within your rights.

These people are not heroes by any reasonable definition. Ban the military from our schools.

What we should be asking is why is the prosicution making deals? I am tired of them "Making Deals".

If anyone in the public trust has any sexual conviction they should be hung. Being a Police Officer myself it makes me sick when I see these stories.

All the testing we have to go though and still people make it though the cracks all the time. I dont know what the answer is.
