I think somebody with the hihgway dept. needs a sense of humor. If the orange signs and barrels aren't telling people there's construction ahead those people shouldn't be driving. This appears to be a harmless prank with highway workers taking themselves way too seriously. After all most of those highway jobs are doled out as patronage jobs for people who politicos know or friends of friends. It not like these highway workers actually qualified and looked for these positions on the government payroll.

The YDR is probably the worst "newspaper" and web based "news" source that I have ever seen. You can count on the for a quick history refresher though.
