Noblesville confronts $2 million revenue drop

And I would bet that the city will only raise taxes. They do not know what the words "cut backs" mean. They should start with the Police Department like the mayor of Muncie did. A ton of waste there and the LEO's know how to milk the OT out of the taxpayers.
