Marsh donuts are the best. It's the only reason I go there, now that they removed the video department.

I used to rent a video and pick up $20 of ice cream and other stuff, but there's no reason to 'drop by' now.

Please bring back the video section!

How much would it cost to lease the building? And is there a discount if I use my Fresh Idea card?

That place was built to enshrine the ego of "the Don" From day ONE it was excessive, unnessary and a huge financial drain. Sun Capital knows how to manage a business - if it dosen't generate profit, unload it!

I wish my company would lease the building. We are busting at the seam and we are just down the street from it.

We should have never built a headquarters like we did. But it gave all the Marsh family big offices to be in. What they need to do is build a up to date wharehouse.

Wouldn't the "downsizing" make the headquarters to SMALL for its own building? At least, that's what the article goes on to say.

The current CEO of Marsh bankrupted the Winn-Dixie Chain and he will do the same to this chain. Mrs. Marsh would turn over in her grave if she knew that Don Marsh run the company into the ground. She always said it would go broke in no time if Don Marsh ever become CEO and he did. There is talk about town that Marsh is about to sell another division of a LLC company to an out of state company however since word came from behind closed door meetings at the Fountians in Carmel it is best to keep it under wraps until the media gets the complete details directly from the horses mouth.

who even shops at Marsh anymore? Their prices are unbelievably high compared to Walmart or Meijer! Who cares about Marsh!

Anybody who would buy fresh vegetables or meat from Walmart should have their head examined, and should probably be investigated for child endangerment.

We buy bread and meat from Marsh and nearly everything else at Meijer. Both stores have dropped some products we really enjoyed.

And, the Omalia's at 56th doesn't have nearly the breadth of product they used to have. Last week my husband bought a Christmas pudding that had expired in February (he didn't notice the use by date) and the hard sauce was produced in 2003 according to the manufacturer!! The replacement items on the shelf were current. You've got to watch that at Walgreen's, too.

They should move the headquarters to the upper floors of the old O'Malia's (now Marsh) downtown!

Next time you are in Wal-mart, try to find someone who will help you or answer a question you have.
