As the Arts & Design District continues to bloom in Old Town Carmel, a joint effort by the Carmel Arts Council and the Carmel Redevelopment Commission is paying homage to the history that paved its way.

Just for information only; all the Old Town Carmel Landmarks disappeared just after Keystone was brought north from Marion County in the 60's.
Now the Keystone Corridor has also vanished. Put a plaque on the new 50 million short fall !!!!
