State police have closed Interstate 70's eastbound lanes about 30 miles east of Indianapolis after freezing drizzle led to several crashes along the ice-slickened highway.
I was traveling on I70 this morning. The roads were terrible. This could have been avoided by putting a little salt down, lives could be saved. Or maybe the state of Indiana does not have access to weather updates. But, they sure can put enough state trooper with radar and DOT inspection trucks when the roads are nice. PITIFUL

You certainly don't expect INDOT to spend a nickle here and there do you?
