I wish good luck to mr jarrard and his staff. I only ask that something please be done about all the repeat drug offenders that continue to walk away from drug or drug related charges time after time and have been doing this for years. amost everyone knows that certain person that never makes it to court of if they do their charges get throwed out. i personally am sick and tired of these people having free run of our county only because keep telling on or sitting up their friends. this may not bother anyone else but me and if so i am sorry to take your time. But if you are also tired of this the please speak up.
