Our family would like to see how the public feel about the new law being passed on partition law that is in front of the Bar association right now .This new law will stop families from losing land through partition lawsuits.Go to Professor Thomas Mitchell's website at Wisconsin University.Partition Heir Right's Draft this is a great article and a lot was put into this.It will give different options except auction and selling when families own property together.Keep up the good work Professor Thomas Mitchell.

Update on the Freeman Estate we have retained a lawyer he has worked diligently on our challenging case. The status now is after close research and a title search the legal court document's show that Emanuel Sr in his lifetime owned many parcels of land is directly under the Barksdale land which is allegedly Emanuel Sr father which was a judge in Halifax Va.The listed administrator was Pinkie Logan. The Freeman family filed a motion through our attorney to be compensated for any minerals on our estates that opposing attorney brother purchased at and auction with taxes paid in full.Aug 6,2014 one of our family members which his mother is not being included and was eliminated she is 84 yrs old in a senior home. Her father was Albin Freeman his grandson filed a motion to have the documents delineated and court appointed officials to be investigated with major conflicts of interest.Stay tuned for the next saga .
