Alleged rapist is indicted

A grand jury of the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court indicted 19-year-old Rudy Sanchez on four counts of rape, first-degree felonies, and an abduction charge, a third-degree felony. via Daily-Jeff.com

I say leave this poor boy alone and find out what really happened. Know the 17 year old girl was rapped by her brother there is no telling what really happened.

this girl had a relationship with this boy .and it sad when a realion ship goes wrong you don't put someone in jail and cry rape she chose to live like a grown up .and it shouldn't matter who her father is .that she as much to blame as he is that the problem here these girls cry rape and the men are not allowed to defend them selfs in are court system.they getlong prison terms .because LITTLE GIRLS THINK THERE WOMEN .if they.were strangers .rape could of been, but when a relation ship goes bad.and you want to get even don't cry rape in your anger this guyis just a kid.it sad

I know rudy... I was talking to him before this all happened... It was right before easter last year and we were supposed to meet up... If you dont believe me look at how many times i texted his cell phone... we were supposed to go out and he said he had to go to his parents house before we met and then we would meet up and go to the movies... well he never showed and day turned to night and the next day i hear at work that he was indicted on 4 counts of rape... I didn't know the girl but they did just break up... He always ordered multigrain pancakes at where i work and now hes in jail and his rep is ruined due to some girl who wanted to get her way....

did any one ever take the time to read some of the cases in cambridges courts i have and it's sad that cambridge has a law all its own and the younger the guy the more time i read one case where the witness for a hearsay ,never showed up for court twice.and proved she was lieing.to every thing .and the court appointed lawyer never ask a question and look whats it doing to are young people in rape cases a man is not allowed to prove innocence.they need to put these women on lie detecters ,and see how truthful or scorn they really are .are law breaks the law to convict people .and they don't care if your innocent or not indigent people cann't fight them they do as they like.and the county makes money by sending people to prison. it sad i read were a man was arrested for rape 42xs doing 13 yrs .and a younger man with less.account got more time.bias court sytems
