I think it is great that they arrested so many drug dealer. But, they keep bragging that they busted people at a known drug house. The news said that the Police said that the house was a known drug den for atleast 15 years. What took them so long???? DUH!!!!

Sporty, I am glad they got that house. You have to really understand the game in order to grasp the whole picture. The deal on these guys is that they are known and they lay low. They buy a bunch of worthless crap or buy a decent vehicle but they are not flashy. They dont want to attract attention. This is the way "smart ones" do it in a small town where everyone is known. And many times this is how they stay under the radar. People around here live "Hood Rich" they buy nice clothes eat out and buy things that they can use daily. Stuff that can be used and thrown away cause they dont stay out in general pop too long.

GiGI, It is a process. A lot of people get frustrated because they feel police arent doing the job the right way and they (drug dealers and other criminals) manage to get out as soon as they go in. Everything gets done to the full extent. In the US you have the right to a reasonable bail if one is imposed for that matter. A lot of times several cases are built on one person. These are not guys with piddly criminal histories. They have managed to make a career out of criminality. Also, many procedures are followed before you can just rush in and take someones freedom and possessions from them.

Believe me the street is being beat!

I grew up in Seguin and have used cocaine and heroin for 7+ years. Since the fall of 2010 cocaine has gotten cheaper and the heroin quality has improved. Take it from someone who knows the scene, these busts change nothing

No changes: The good thing is that they make it harder for you to get your crap. The best thing from all this Mr Know it all is that their asses are in jail and their crap is taken from them. Less shit on these streets is the better. Plus I am sure it is a morale boost for these officers to know that they are putting a dent in each "One" of these guys' operations.
