There is a baby out there people, what kind of community is that down there? GO LOOK FOR THAT CHILD!!!!!!!!!!

And what is wrong with your cops, do they really think there is no reason to suspect foul play? Thats the most insane thing I have ever heard. You look for a toddler for two days with 100 volunteers and find nothing?

Yet you dont suspect foul play? If that baby wasnt abducted then its out there in the cold. Have a heart man, grow a pair, do the right thing, get out there and find that baby!!!!

WV Boy if you going to post something make it worth while, you have no idea what you talking about. Every resource available is being used to find this missing child. The police department is working 24 hours a day continuously trying to determine what happened. And if the do have any reason to believe that there is foul play involved they would not let everyone know immediately until they know who was involved and a arrest is made.
This is real life and not CSI Miami, investigations take time and are not able to be solved in a hour. If you think you can do a better job get off your ass and go search instead of bitching!

I agree w/ u.I don't under stand why they have not issued an amber alert just cause there's no foul play. That's dumb!

Because the request for an Amber Alert has to be submitted to and reviewed by the Dept. Of Justice. If it does not meet certain criteria for an abduction, i.e., vehicle description of suspect, suspect description, etc., then it is not approved, as is what happened in this case. Law enforcement for this community were on tv earlier saying all of this but everyone wants to armchair quarterback this thing and no one freaking listens to the facts. The general public judges these things at face value and have no real idea what exactly is going on that can't be released at one time or another in order to protect the integrity of any evidence or suspect info thy may have. Can u imagine the hours these police guys must be working? And all the volunteers? They need support, not critique based on ignorant assumptions and knee jerk, emotional reactions.

Keep in mind, you West Virginia inbred dipstick, that the media twists and turns everything and you seldom get the correct context of things. Context is key. I will have you know I went out to this scene over the weekend to offer my services as a search volunteer and during this freezing cold record breaking temps weekend, and came across dozens of officers who were off duty but volunteered their time, suited up, and came in to help, and were pulling 16+ hour shifts! THAT'S WHAT KIND OF OFFICERS WE HAVE HERE IN NB! Furthermore, they probably can't say exactly what they are looking at so they can protect the integrity of any information and evidence. Our city has brought in FBI and other specialists from other agencies to assist in this search. Don't you think any of these highly trained law enforcement would be better equipped to handle this than YOU in West Virginia? Seriously? I'm sure your local police would do a superior job if you could get them to quit chasing their sisters for a minute! What an ignorant jerk you are.

Yes, Rochester, our reading comprehension is low, but our LEO are on top of this case. I'm sure of it.
There is a good reason the local paper flat dropped the story days ago.
It is frustrating but, rest assured, there will be answers.
No happy ending, but answers.
Thanks for your concern.

You don't know that no one didn't see him...that's just the story the family members are giving. Good lord people, if you are going to take everything said about the circumstances of this case at face value then tell the officers not to spend anymore time and millions of dollars worth of resources and manpower on this thing! God forbid the family or friend may be lying to cover up something awful! But that never happens, does it! Not trying to be so mean and snappy but gosh wake up! Clearly something isn't adding up and that's why LE is doing evrythg possible to get the truth.

At least one person in that household is possibly covering up a terrible accident due to unsupervision which is considered neglect. Im not buying the 10 minute story for one second, do you? He could have drown in the toliet or water left in tub, perhaps poisoned by something illegal, therefore the cover up. Presuming the other was watching him during super bowl when in fact no one was.I hope this theory is wrong and this little child is safe somewhere.

I think you're probably onto the sad truth there. And another child to not pay attention to on the way! Seems like that's always the case, doesn't it?

Up that reward... somebody will talk. It isn't possible that at least one or two of the adults in that household don't know what happened to this precious child.

I'm sorry, News Reader, I'm not understanding you. You're saying "it isn't possible?" Was that a typo or are you that unable to articulate your thoughts? Back away from the keyboard, slowly, slowly, that's it. Now walk away. Good job!
