I am with Luke and cwj, the union is useless and is one of the reasons the big 3 are in the mess they are in. Anyone that I have met personally that had ever been involved with the union felt they were lied to, paid monthly dues and never got any help from the union when they needed it. I have friends at FORD and the union is hell to work with. We don't want that attitude here in Texas. Does anybody know what the union Reps or union "higher ups" make annually?

But rest assure that they probably get bonuses likr aig, even though they have not earned any of their money and they are taking it from thier "brothers". i am not trying to come down on them, but if they really cared for their people, would't they try to save jobs rather than keep the employers hostage.
