Why cant they charge the school system also for not turning the mother in ,when they saw him in class room not able to walk nor take part in the programs at school,there should be more then just the mother charged,the doctors also should have never let the teen go home with her when he was hospitlized before..Our country need to start being involved and not just turn there heads...400lbs later....
