my mom and i was just talking about this,especially the kids who stayed in school for a long period of time in the special programm and finished up school just to get a certificate this is wrong the deserved much better.just like the others they should get the same kind of certificate,they are only learning at a slower pace but they finish up just like the rest.why rob the kids of what they work so hard for.and they are complaining too.then their are these kids who is finishing up school and saying they cant read,omg why are they doing this to these kids.who is standing up for these kids.
