Maybe it'll help with all the barking dogs around here. Kenny needs to get out and drive around and collect some of the dogs running loose.

Just go to Wal-mart and pick up a nice powerful BB gun. That takes care of the cats. All you have to put up with is the smell from the rotting bodies for a few days and then it's all good!

That is illegal. Cats have free reign when it comes to the law. Even tho it sounds like a good job!

I'm going out looking for cats to fish with later. Kittens work best but I'll take whatever I can find. I tried fishing with dogs but they whine too much.

I figure, if you have a problem in Flatwoods, you might as well take care of it yourself. It there's a dog keeps getting in your trash..put out a lil poison if it's that bad. Got one in your yard?? Shoot it, don't raise a big stink about it, dispose of it and go on about your business. As for the damn nasty cats..and what is up with all the damn nasty cats around here??? Get rid of them! They aren't pets, they're pests. If people took care of their animals, they would be in a house, on a leash or in a yard. I figure if they're in my yard, that makes them mine, and I can do what I want to with them. If neighbors don't like it...take care of your pets. That's just how I see it. The whole council crap, it's a joke. Unless one of them have the same problem with something that you have, nothing will be done about.

But my animals keep geting sick because of a lady who keeps 25+ cats and numerous dogs in her house. Its really a danger to her health and the old people at the nursing home where she works. Her cats are all diseased. When she does let them out and they impregnant another cat, the kittens usually die. The dogs are even getting sick because of all the catshit they have to walk thru. Maybe the health dept should look into this one.

I agree with you it is pretty sad that I have seen Greenup's County animal control officer more in Flatwoods than Kenny. Kenny gets paid by Flatwoods to do this but Greenup's officer doesn't. His area is not Flatwoods.
