Make the $2 billion in tax cuts.$28.3 billion and population of 12 million is nearly $2400 spend by state for every single person in Pennsylvania every year or nearly $10,000 every year for a family of 4.

Do we really need on the nonsense spending that occurs in Harrisburg? Cutting budget to $26.3 billion reduces spending to around $2200 per person and saving neary every family $1000 in government spending.

This can be done without raising taxes. The first cut must be the size of staffing on running America's most expensive government operations. There are just to much money spend on just support people to elected representative. This is also time to demand a reduction in the number of state representatives.

Start with cutting legistlative costs in 1/4 and progress toward asking every agency to cut 4% this year. Those that do will see and increase in thier budgets 2% in 2010 and those that do not will see a 2nd budget decreases of 4% in 2010.

You have to force managers to do with less or they will continue to justify why they need more!

Here is newest headline on stellar performance of my do nothing Democratic colleague Ed Rendell.

The Pennsylvania State Employees Pension Fund could be forced to make cash payments out of the fund by the amount of $2.5 billion dollars or MORE to trading partners who hold counterparty positions.

The $27 billion fund's potential loss is due to strategy of "portable alpha" investments via $9.2 billlion allocation to Hedge Funds. State pension fund managers have reduced thier allocations based on this backfiring investments by 50%.

More news to slowly leak out of Governor's office slowly, but you heard it here first. Let us see how long it takes Morning Call and Philadephia Inquirer to catch on.

Our Governor is not only a mob connected crook, but also a financial moron and a poor manager.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Cancer

Discussions and meetings go really well today because you're finding it easy to put your thoughts into words. You'll also show that you respect other people's viewpoints even if they don't coincide with your own. It's a good day for making domestic plans, and some of these will be quite ambitious without being unrealistic or far-fetched.
