Apparently you as a person do not know Emily and have nothing better to do that make snide comments. This is a wonderful young woman who is very smart and one of the sweetest people on this planet. She has worked very hard to become the wonderful talent she is, and gone threw much hardships as well. Do not let anyone bring you down, Emily, you are a wonderful friend, wonderful mother and a wonderful singer! It is so sad that a person in this county cannot better themselves without hatred being bestowed on them! Shame Grayson County!!!!!

Maybe you can find a better way to raise money for the school, "St. Paul Boy." I'm sure you are a better role model. Maybe you can juggle or play the spoons or something. Maybe people would pay money to see you stone other people who aren't as Saintly as you. Maybe you can give tips on how to be a better Christian.

I'm glad you have others figured out. Every Christian Community needs more critical judges like you.

You could DEFEND the people of YOUR OWN (Christian) community.(If St. Paul is really where you call home.)

I thank God for my sister Emily. She's a fine person and a great Mom. She's messed up in this road of life a few times but who hasn't? Have you not, St. Paul Boy?

I'm very fortunate to have such a great family...I love them very much. They're dear to my heart and I feel sorry for whoever would want to talk trash about someone who is doing well and doing a great deed for the school to raise money. Now I feel like I need to take a shower just by being on this site....

She's a terrible role model, and a rotten mother to boot. Is everyone forgetting the months she went to Tennessee, abandoning her husband and more importantly, her baby to "hit it big?" Then, she comes home, and takes the baby from his dad! How she got custody, I'll never know. Hope she's off the drugs now.

Good Singer, but we already have a Loretta Lynn. Maybe try to sound original.

Maybe you don't know her ex-husband, or maybe you ARE her ex-husband...but I will tell you that she got custody of that precious boy because his father was abusive and controlling. Enough said!

I see that you haven't denied that she left her baby while in TN with that "abusive, control freak." Either way, not sure that he's better off with a crack addict.

Her x husband is neither abusive nor controling. He is a good man that has always taken care of his child. Don't blame him for her problems. I'm not going to say anything bad about her so don't run down a good man.

One thing I just can't tolerate is ignorance. It's obvious you're friends with or related to Mick. I'm not going to run Mick down. I think he's alright, and he does love that boy. Emily is a great mom, and as much as you want to think that boy gets neglected or mistreated in his mother's care, you are dead wrong. She took her son with her to TN, more often than not...The times she didn't were times it was Mick's weekend. Anyone at all who knows the situation knows you are a complete idiot. and FYI, Emily makes more in one night as a Loretta impersonator than you do in a month.

LOL! Not likely. I actually do very well for myself in a creative field. I'm not related to Micky, and I was friends with Emily long before they were a couple. But, back before they started the divorce, she would leave the baby with his dad for very long periods of time while she was in TN. The end. That's a fact. She put her "career" before her son and if she'd been able to get any kind of deal or contract that baby probably never would have seen her again. One day when he's older it'll all be explained to him and he'll know the truth about his mother.
