Mine workers enroll at WNMU

More institutions need to follow this example of prime education to the laid-off. At the very least the colleges can offer low-interest loans and FASFA packages. The is grant money, work-for-education and many other programs that are available for higher learning. Barack Obama can say what he wants about the higher education of the citizens. He needs to state that all these programs already exsist not that he plans to make improvements. Anyone who has served in the military should get on the GI Bill and anyone not doing so should be ashamed of themselves, if you aren't sure of elegibility, call the VA! I did, at least check your status.
Grant money is given to most colleges and made available to most students, check to see if you are eligible, you may be missing out if you don't check.
Obama has stated many mis-guided ideas about the funding for a college education, if you doubt what I am stating, call the nearest college or go on line to the finance office, you would be amazed at what is out there.
Wacovia bank offers low-interest loans, I am paying for my college through them, I also made monthy payments throughout the courses. And was given a grant, it's not too hard to figure out if you want an education, but no education is totally free, you have to do your part.
