"Mr.Perkins came home and took issue with that pushing his wife and then getting a gun from his truck "
Are you f*****g high? About as high as Jackie And her lover Johnathan who got away with murder. And it's not the first one she got away with either. Hard for Mr. Perkins to come home and take issue with anything when the beating took place at Jackie sister Stacey house. Mr.Perkins lived in another town. The witnesses all lied to keep her a** out of jail and Destiny and Danielle Miller took a bloody ball bat that was also used to beat Bobby to death and disposed of it the next day then cried about his death. They are all idiots but Mr Perkins was a good guy who got involved with a cheating w***e

I am just taking a good guess this is his sister or someone along them lines but it wasn't murder or he would sitting in jail, but what he did was in self defense not out of spite or anything like that. Stop bringing things up that happened 8+ years ago to call someone you dont even know a murder.

It was my driveway where this incident took place. It was witnessed first hand by persons who are in no way related to The Perkins or Jackson families, or any who would in any way benefit as to whether or not anyone went to jail for murder or not. The bottom line is Mr. Perkins handled his grievances through out his life with anger and physical violence. His reputation as a "hot head" is known by all that knew him. If you wish to continue the ranting over this topic, you might want to check your facts and tell the whole story. What my sister was doing at the time of the incident is irrelevant (although she was merely standing in my drive way speaking with Mr. Jackson while he was seated in the car). Mr. Perkins came at them with a gun. They defended their lives with there bare hands. When I arrived shortly after the incident, there was no "bloody baseball bat." However, there was a "bloody gun", that Mr. Perkins used to beat Mr. Jackson in the head when Mr. Jackson "bear hugged him" to give my sister an opportunity to run from the spot where Mr. Perkins had her on the ground at gun point. I can verify first hand that the "baseball bat theory" is bogus. I am the one who removed the baseball equipment from the truck. I removed it as I did not want it stolen from his truck. Now if you wish to put me on trial, you go right ahead. My reputation also precedes me. As you can tell I have attached my real name rather than "anonymous" as I have no fear of retribution from you or anyone else for that matter.
All that I have discussed was either witnessed by myself or the eye witness from the scene of the actual incident. This is not "my side" of the story. It is all factual.
It sucks to lose anyone in your life, especially a loved one. I feel your pain but I am sick and tired of all the Bull that is continually perpetuated over this story. Bottom line, is all involved made poor decisions including Bobby, who lost his life. His "hot headed" nature took his life. He was not murdered as verified by the eye witness, the thorough investigation, and the grand jury.
Bobby fathered some pretty amazing children. I think its time that we move on from this and allow those kids to heal. It is no good for any of them to have to relive this nightmare. I pray God will touch your heart and bring you peace, but hashing this out on the internet and reopening old wounds does no one any good, especially his children.

It's amazing to me how when someone passes on, people try to reinvent their character. Bobby was a violent man who died a violent death by his own actions. He beat his wife and he beat his children. Seriously, "A good man with a cheating wife" - Did you really know him? or are you just repeating words to make yourself feel better. No, my daughter is not perfect but, Yes, she was leaving him and he couldn't stand the thought of it. However, in this country you are allowed to leave your husband and shouldn't have to be threatened with your death or the death of one of your children. Although I know the passing of a brother or a son is very painful, it in no way gives you or anyone the right to disparage someone else. I will not respond to any further comments as they are stupid and this happened many years ago. What Stacey wrote explains the events of that day. HOWEVER, I DID WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO JONATHON JACKSON FOR SAVING MY DAUGHTER'S LIFE THAT DAY. I also am not anonymous as the facts speak for themselves.

You are the ones causing his kids to relive this nightmare, they live every day without their father. Our grandkids will never know their grandfather. Technically you tore a family apart. Killing someone is in no way a problem solver. They pick their children up with the same hands they killed a human being with, it's disgusting. Getting away with murder is the easy part, it's karma that is the real bitch.. I have no doubt that Jackie provoked him, fed on the fact they knew he had anger issues. We all suffer from anger and we all know right from wrong, there is no justification for beating a man to death. Oh and the bat..Bobby prided himself on soft ball coaching. They used something near and dear to his heart to murder him with. Priceless. It's not a 48 hours mystery guys. The murdered Bobby, thinking it would make life easier. And for them it did.
Congrats guys, on ending the life of a human being, who was no better or worse than some of you "recovered" druggies.

I believe in my heart she's telling the truth. I have known Jackie a long time she is not a damn murderer. If you wasn't there you do not know the damn story so quit slandering her name. The only people that knows is the people that were there. Quit assuming shit. Everyone knows behind closed doors Bobby was abusive his own kids have told me this. To top it off in the state of Kentucky u pull a gun u better use it or u the other person has the right to defend themself. Also so you know I've known them for 14 years they are both good people but Bobby is wrong trying to shoot her. She's a sweet woman I love her too death. She would never intentionally kill someone. Ik how it feels being emotionally abused and physically abused and to have a controlling man fuck that she had every right to leave him. If u don't know the whole story it's best u STFU. I ain't saying my name but u all know me just saying! I love u Jackie. I know u r telling the truth and u had every right to defend yourself. That doesn't make u a whore for leaving someone either makes u the better person getting away from someone abusing your kids and you. I wish my mom would've got away from my abusive ass dad I didn't know doing what is best for your children is a damn crime.
