11-year-old involved in Grant Co. high-speed chase

The Kansas Highway Patrol says an 11-year-old boy was involved in a high-speed chase that ended in a crash early Friday morning.

You know, when I was four and my little brother was three, we stole our parent’s car and drove the car for two blocks before we were busted. My little brother worked the gas and brake pedals, and I did the steering.
