Is that report correct? "Suspect alone beat 8 to death in Ga. home." How? Shot 8 to death is easy, but how does one beat 8 to death without getting anyone fighting back? No one scratch? This is bizarre. Those killed were at the prime of their life and must be strong enough to put up a fight, except when gun down.

"Nnnnahhhhhhh", said the sheep as it was lead to its death on the kill floor of the meat packing plant. They all died because none of them could make a team rush against their assailant, "let's roll" is a myth invented by slogan artists who were paid by the government to create nationalist propaganda.

He had to of caught them sleeping and murdered each useing a blunt object ( which the police have confirmed , I think). I beleive originally police thought a gun had been used because of the extent of the damage . I am assuming whatever object he used , perhaps was capable of smashing the skull and killing with 1 blow , thus basically picking off each before they had a chance to struggle. Then you have to remember that 2 of the folks were partially disabled , 1 mentally handicaped 2 children , and 1 a young woman , leaving 2 adult males and a baby . Horrific murder , and couple that with the fact the guy was probably hopped up on drugs - it was a slaughter.

I'm with you skeptic, how did 1 person beat 8 people to death without someone fighting back or running. There is more to this story. However Law enforcement has not revealed all the facts, there has got to be more for them to come to the conclusion that he was the lone murderer. I guess we"ll have to wait and see. Perhaps we"ll all be surprised at how efficient, smart and very capable our law enforcement officers and investigators really are.

They found at least one body in the kitchen SO somebody was awake, and I really cant believe everybody in the trailer was asleep at the time this was suspossed to happen. The brunswick news had a quote from the corenor saying the TOD was between 8 pm and 12 pm. also Deoring stated multiple weapons were used. They may not of been able to fight off there attacker but they sure could have made noise. Nothing about this case has made me think there would take any less then 2 people to commit this crime unless they were shot ,which they werent.

For all of you who already have him tried and convicted; please let me remind you that in The United Sates of America a man is innocent until proved guilty. While the media seems to have jumped to the same quick conclusion as the District Attorney I believe that Guy Heinze is innocent. There are far too many questions that have not been answered not the least of which is the murders he is charged with would be physically impossible for one person. There were many people in that trailer of an age that they could defend themselves against one person or at least run and get out of there. There are windows as well as the door. And whoever committed this awful crime ( at least 2 maybe more) could not be the son, uncle, brother that Guy is. He states himself as does his brother that "he is no saint" (who among us are) that does not make him the mass murderer of his own family. I want the facts and proof of this monstrous act to come out and I believe that Guy Heinze will be found innocent - Have the Brunswick Police stopped looking for any other suspects? Look for the real killers.

The Brunswick Police haven't had anything to do with this case. It was investigated by the Glynn Co. Police Dept. They have the evidence which they have presented to a Grand Jury & gotten indictments. Let the justice system work. The questions will be answered when the case goes to trial.

Hello everyone! I pray that he is NOT GUILTY but remember that the police are satisfied enough to stop looking for another suspect. They say there is enough evidence that they feel comfortable NOT looking 4 anyone ealse. It does blow the mind, trying 2 figure out IF he did this and was the only one,HOW,HOW,HOW,the heck did he do it???? I don't undrestand why,if they feel so strong tht he is the ONE and ONLY ONE,Why can't they tell us more about the evidence that they do have.?

Probably cause they don't have enough evidence and know if they share it with the public we would all raise hell. The police dept of Brunswick are a group of self righteous, self serving, lazy hipocrites, who'd much rather send an innocent man to prison, then try to find a guilty one.

If you don't like the US Constitution, why don't you run up to a military veteran and call him out as a liberal commie for swearing a lifetime oath to support and defend the US Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic.

I LOVE the U.S. Constitution and thank every service member I happen to cross paths with for their sacrifices. I am appalled at the browbeating the police officers in this town are receiving because people just can't wrap their heads around the notion that some members of our society are evil and will hurt others if the opportunity presents itself. All of the veterans that I know personally favor the hang 'em high approach to dealing with this atrocious crime. In public. On the courthouse lawn.

Honestly wrote: I am appalled at the browbeating the police officers in this town are receiving because people just can't wrap their heads around the notion that some members of our society are evil... Police officers are not authorized to arrest people for being evil. In fact, if you read Papachristou et al. v. City of Jacksonville, you'll find that police cannot arrest someone for merely being something. For example, a person may be a member of the KKK or the "mafia" and a police man cannot do a darned thing about it, because there is no law against being something. Try it yourself, the next time you see a police cop sitting in his squad car taking a nap or a break, walk up to him and say, "I plead guilty to being EVIL!" and see what if he arrests you under any statutes of your state that allow the state to charge a person for being an "arch villain", "black cowboy hat wearing" or "evil" character.

You are correct, simply being evil is no crime, however beating your family and friends to death is. Now we could debate whether or not being evil is a prerequisite for murder, but I won't digress to a battle of wits with an unarmed man.
If I approached an officer in his or her patrol car proclaiming my guilt of being evil, I would at least expect to be detained - not arrested- while my identification was checked for any outstanding warrants or holds issued from the state metal facility. ; )

In the state of Fl. you are automatically guilty when arrested, then have to prove yourself innocent,no matter what the crime may be...Kinda tuff proving you are not guilty when your behind bars and already convicted before you go to court, especially in an election year for judges...He could have done it alone or with help, who are we to judge? Can anyone out there say that they have lived in a glass house all their life,I sure can't...At least in Brunswick he'll get a fair trial where as there in Fl.he would go to prison and have to appeal from the law library!! Florida's two biggest money makers are tourist and prisons thats FACT...
