When will all the other restaurants get their property tax exemption?
I am a taxpayer and very much resent the fact that our local officials are so desperate for growth that they will take allowances designed to encourage industrial growth and give it to retail. These tax breaks were never intended to be used this way. Tom Sublet has proven to be a small mind with a weak spine. Someone should take a look at the County Commission and the development authority. Neither has done anything to grow anything in Glynn County. When times are tough, you don't bend over every time an opportunity arises. You start thinking outside the box and utilize our resources to grow our community. Problem is nobody is thinking?

They probably have an online application at their website.
It will ask what location you are applying for.

Don't put an email address on Topix.
