Why can't the geniuses in Atlanta do this on line. I have a friend who got a MBA on line and many of our teachers get their higher level degrees on line. It works, use it! AND they don't HAVE to go!
There is no penalty for not going! This training is provided by the Georgia State Board of Education and is intended to convince board members that there are so many regulations and state/federal rules that they cannot possibly make any changes to the current wasteful system.
