This is but the tip of the iceberg. It comes when 40% of the population has government "Make work" jobs and no real responsibility. Cheating is a way of life and here we have adult leaders showing our children that it's OK. We will find some excuse so we don't have to prosecute these felons. They didn't know what they were doing - BS! Let's blame it on Bull, yeah he twisted their arm! The fact is these people tried to steal from all of us. Taxpayers cannot judge what they are getting for their education dollar unless students are tested. School systems cannot address educational needs unless students are tested. You can't know what's broken without testing. We all get tested every day and we all get shorted because people cheat. General Motors died because so much cheating was going on that the public lost faith in their product. I am about to loose faith in the product of our school system. I say prosecute EVERYBODY associated with this mess. And the students, expel any associated with cheating. You let them go you just further educate them that it's OK to steal.
