This kid should never see the light of day again.

I'm sure "Big Bubba" will show him all about respect where he's going.

I am glad they are charging him as an adult. Too many kids get away with serious crimes and are back on the street because of age. It is time to start taking sterner actions with kids who committ serious crimes.

Probably didn't make his little ass smoke when he was younger. Now the other prisoners will have a new gurlfriend. It'll be smoking NOW!

I wonder if these little thugs, the younger ones actuall realize that they're going to be some big bubba's girlfriend in prison. They think they're tuff, they'll find out. Perhaps publicizing this to them would put the fear of the love commando in them before they commit a crime which gets them put into jail and get the REAL commando put to them. Well, they're already dressed for their future. Pants down below their butts. In the scouts that's called "being prepared". Bet these future gurls didn't realize that.

I bet this punk tries to claim he is bi-polar or some crap and try to get off easy. Mental case or not, he needs to be put away for safety of others.

I went to jail three different times for punishing my teen son. He was allowed to do almost anything and I couldn't touch him. Now he is 20, into drugs, hits his wife, no job, and in fights with others. On his way down that road and have no bail money or sympathy for him when the time comes.

so very sad that you was punisjed for actually trying to be a good parent..........I brought my two up for the longest on my own and they hit a certain age and was told all about the child helpline to call if mummy and daddy was being mean [way to go school] so my son ran his mouth about it when he got home that night, I handed him the phone and told him to knock him self out and call, but I will have the time BEFORE they get to the house to beat him stupid, after all if I am going to jail I am sure as sh*t going for something good, he saw the look on my face and burst out laughing and said nope its ok mum.......but I called his bluff at an early age, mind you they will tell even no I take no prisioners a strict mum maybe but I take credit for the good they have done as well as the blame for any screw ups they have made.

I am with you. I told my kids, "I bought you into this world and I can sure as helll take you out, so make my day" That ended any disrespecting and all the stuff these kids get away with now. I have a son that is in the Navy ( for ten years now) and he will tell you now that it is because I threatened to beat his a$$ a few times that he owes his life to me and his dad. Same way with my two daughters, who by the way both have very good jobs! So you just have to call their bluff every time they come up with this and you will be better off for it.

Put the kid up against a wall, and shoot the little bastard. He's thrown his life away, so what good is he to society? Why should society try to reform kids like him? At 14, kids know right from wrong, and he should pay the ultimate price for his stupidity.

Has anyone stopped to think about his mother? I'm not saying that what he did was right because it was wrong in every sense of the word....But his Mother must be going through hell....And did the step father abuse him or treat him badly? Step fathers are USUALLY very unfair and sometimes very pushy to a boy who is not their own...View all sides before you judge.......What kind of man or father was the step father?.........Some mothers will put a bad man ahead of their good children and this could be the case here....who knows....The boy should be punished severely but the whole situation should be investigated before he is tried as an adult......was the step father a child molester ahd the boy taken all that he could......I don't know anything about this family but I know a thing or two about step fathers and boys who are not their biological children...

I have the most respect for my mother, she raised me and my brother by herself with NO outside help. The only time my brother raised his fist to her she told him to go ahead and hit her because she knew he wanted to, BUT then she told him that when she got up she was going to get a 2x4 and beat the h*ll out him and put him in the hospital. He dropped his fist and never raised it again. LUCKY FOR HIM...He took her threat just a serious as his was. Now he is a wonderful father of 2 beautiful kids. Way to go MOM!
