He needs to be reprimanded. Also he needs to have somebody twice his side manhandle him like he did an old drunk lady.

Thank god the victim was white! If it was a black person, the crap would hit the fan.

Seriously? These cops deal with this on a daily basis and NEVER know what they may encounter. Never let your guard down bc even a 70 year old lady can be dangerous. And yes, I am serious. I think other measures could have been taken besides throwing her to the ground, however, I'm sure this is part of their training. If she's stupid enough to drink and drive and act out belligerently, then she can face the consequences like everyone else.

I understand that too. From watching the video, I do not believe the police acted any differently than they should have. I couldn't tell she was body slammed, it just looked like she fell to me.

No, look again. She was clearly judo slammed. Excessive force to detain is felony assault, and intimidating a witness at a crime scene is also a felony.

I agree to a point. Body slamming a 70 year old? Cops wonder why they're not respected? There you go.

They are respected, except by a fraction of a percentage of the population who are themselves nothing but parasites that are too stupid to stay out of trouble.
