Greg I just was reading a thread this past week that folks were commenting on and several stated
as was posted above "how one person could kill eight people"

The experts have spoken. One person cannot kill eight persons. Don't do much research do you?

It is highly improbable that one person armed only with "a blunt object" could kill 8 people and try to kill another little boy by himself. And emerge from a single wide trailer without a scratch on him.

No one woke up and defended themselves? The families were sleeping feet apart if they were all asleep which we don't know.

I have been researching for almost a month and two of the questions that are the most interesting and that was brought up the most was as follows>>>>> >

(1) If he beat and killed them like he is charged why did he say there was 6 of his family members inside on the 911 call. If he did this he would have known there was 9 people. Wouldn't you think?....

(2) Why did he return home that morning? He stated he had been somewhere when he got home and made the 911 call. If he did it, why not leave and say put?

Can anyone that believes that Guy Jr. is murderer
answer these two questions.

I want to know what the two pieces of evidence are that the police "claim" they have, haven't shared it, AND they still haven't even given it to the defense! The defense has only a couple of weeks to investigate. Wow--that sounds fair. What a crooked police department--THEY should be investigated!!!

I have read so many different reports all with different information. I truly want to believe that this young man is innocent but I have unanswered questions as well. The day he made the 911 call he was arrested for several things...one being "tampering with eveidence." I recently read that this included the end of the gun covered in blood and his own bloody clothes. He "supposedly" wrapped them up and put them in the trunk of a car or something? I also read that he admitted to taking a shower & changing clothes inside the trailor before making the 911 call.

Has anyone else heard anything similar to this? Being a sealed case has made it hard to follow and rumors will grow like wild fires. Something else that I am curious about is the "viscious" dog. In his call the neighbor says she must get the dog before help arrives because it will bite. There is another 911 call from a woman at the front of the trailor park who knows the dispatcher on the phone. She too mentions the mean dog and how nobody could get passed it. Seems like whoever the murderer is was familar enough with the dog for it not to bark and wake people up or attack the way two 911 callers said it would.

As I am sure you have read most of the posts.
Let me say thanks for posting.
I will let GHoward or Sunshine answer the questions about the bloody clothes but I do not think they were truth to this nor the end of gun.

One thing I always stated about the bad dog why didn't anyone hear the dog barking on the 911 type if it was so bad. The dog did not get untied until
Mike the maintenance man stated he had to move dog police were on the way.
I personally think with all this going on the dog would be going perserk.

The dog would be "perserk" if it was a stranger. However, since it was Heinze, not so much "perserk" behavior going on....

(Typical) what I meant I have been many places and they were a bad dog and something going on the dog would go crazy. I can only imagine the people around, crying, shouting and with the 911 call I would hate to think how many police, ambulances, firetrucks with all sirens going.
These can be heard from a distance.

I know Guy and all their families as I grew up with Rusty and Guy Sr. These are all good people and I refuse to even entertain the notion that Jr did this. If ever there was a close family, this is it.

Until; Jr comes right out and says he did this, I will not beleive it

I bet you do want to know but a DA doesn't gives the public a heads up on what he has nor does he owe the public anything. A DA tries their cases in a court of law not in the court of public opinion. He will present it in court though. You can bet your last dollar on that and there will be much more added to the list too.

How do you know they haven't been given the two pieces of evidence that came back early on? Since this involved so many victims I would think that some of the analysis still hasn't come back. Rarely are this many people slaughtered and rarely are crime scenes this bloody. That home was filled with forensic evidence galore.

What? The defense will have years to investigate. This case will not even come to trial for a couple of more years. Death penalty cases always takes longer than other cases.

I highly doubt that Jr is ever going to admit it. Who in the world would admit to something this heinous? Most defendants deny, deny, deny and I don't expect him to be any different.

Close families unfortunately can result in murders among the family members. It happens quite frequently and of course the ones that knows the perp will come out and say they were the nicest man or woman but in the end it doesn't really matter what they were if the evidence shows they are guilty then that is what will matter to the jury.

Can anyone that believes that Guy Jr. is murderer
answer these two questions.
1. By guesstimating the amount of people in the home it made him seem like he really wasnt sure who all was there. A statement meant to deceive. Or when he said "my family is dead" he may have excluded the male friend, his girlfriend and the little child because he feels they are not part of his family.

2. Why does any other murderer say they came home and just happened upon their dead family? This same thing has happened in so many other cases. Don't really know why except he may have known it would look very suspicious if he didn't return to his home like normal if he was known to be home everyday. It would already look suspicious to LE since he was the only family member sparred this brutality. There was one person left standing in his family and that was him. That within itself would throw up red flags.

In other cases I have followed the murderer wants to pretend they are a victim themselves and had nothing to do with the crime and really do think LE will just believe their story that they just happened to come in and find them.
