State BoE quashes tests at suspected cheating school

The state Board of Education has approved unanimously a plan to toss out scores for standardized tests at four elementary schools where cheating was discovered.

Good, cheaters shouldn't be rewarded. Also does this mean that we might see an investigation by the Secret service or US Marshall's as the cheating constituted a fraudulent attempt to get federal funds?
