The only abuse in this case so for is putting Mr. Clancey on it. Last year he represented one of my best friends in York County on a murder case. He told the family he could win the case hands down. Well he didn't. My friend was convicted and sentenced to 26 years. He took my friend's family to the cleaners by charging them three times the amount any other lawyer would have charged and then did not prepare a defense. To get a large fee he promised the family he could win. Now the judge who put him on this case was a commonwealth attorney in Hampton and they were best friends. The good old boy system at its finest. My friend is still in jail and will probably die in prison, but Mr. Clancey got his money at the expense of a good family who are heart broken and now broke. We need an investigation done so these two people at least get a fair trial.

Are you seriously on some kind of crack. YOU are actually worried about these 2 scumbags getting a fair trail. YOU should be more concerned about the fairness that this child got and how she was treated.

Tell you what, lets put you in cage for a few months (and just a reminder, you will be bedding with your shit), throw you a f-in pop tart every so often... AND then you tell me who deserves a fair trail.

However one must question why a pennisula lawyer was assigned to the case when there are many good lawyers in Glucester who could have done their job the way it should be done. They deserve something better given the serious charges they are facing. Does this guy Clancey have an in with Judge Shaw whose father was a judge in Glouceter when I lived in the county. I think "a friend" has a valid concern that shouing be investigated. Believe me I am not trying to defend these parents because they are animals, but two wrongs do not make a right.

Because Clancey did nothing to earn his pay, Andy will die in prison. From what I hear he is good at telling people he can get them off until he is paid, then his story changes. No wonder people hate lawyers

I learned the hard way. In a drug case I was offered a deal with no jail time. My court appointed attorney told me to take it but I refused after Clancey told me he could beat the charge for $5000 dollars. I paid him the money then served 16 months in jail. Smart move on my part.

My nephew had the same experience. He was charged with two real serious charges and our family paid Clancey $10,000 after he told us the state had a strong case with an eyewitness. My brother denied he had anything to do with the crime. One month after we paid the balance, the charges were dropped against my brother. Two months later another man confessed and was sentenced to nine years in prison. We never received any part of the fee and Clancey spent one hour in court.

If ever there was a case where a defendant should NEVER "get off", it is here! Who gives a DAMN about the means to the conviction! More power to a sorry attorney in this case! I am disgusted that "fairness" with regards to either of these two crossed ANYONE'S mind!

God Bless those babies..........

Thank You For Real. Finally someone who cares ABOUT THE CHILDREN and not about the ethics of some attorney !!!

I bet they will be convicted, no doubt at all. But if the lawyer does not do his job, then they will be set free by a higher court on appeal. That is the reason they should get the best one possible to represent these animals. I am thinking of the children that is why this attorney should be removed because he will not do anything to defend them. The children need the best, not the parents.
