Bill, Bill, Bill you've completely lost it. I hope they double your assessment for harassing them.
These are your buddies that you've been defending for months doing this to you. Get your Vaseline out you are going to need it.

Sorry, but I'm not giving the depress an opportunity before the Gazette. You'll have to wait for the next issue.

Dr. D what did you do? Call in some favors for all the "PR" work you did for the Fab 4 crooks? Now if anything in this "agreement" smells we should alert those who can investigate. Maybe some illegal actions going on?

I'd tell the honorable doctor when I see him, but in the mean time, don't get me all excited, I'd love to see an investigation.......it would be just too much fun. Just too much fun. I'd love to see who might sign for it. Could you sent that idiot, that commonwealth's attorney,'old what's his name'.......I'd like to see his fat butt sued also......lololol......you want to sign a petition for it? It shouldn't cost you more than $2000. Oh, too much fun.........BuBBa you are too funny.....

Well Bill, I hope that you remember your statement that you would donate any settlement back to the county. So tell us, when can we expect to hear about such a donation?

I will not argue whether which Dr Bill submitted this claim, but one of you guys (aliases?) submitted this to our favorite newspaper. Let the readers figure out who said what. See below.

This is not a malicious or aggressive lawsuit. Almost everyone at the county, Ms. Brenda Garton, Ted Wilot, Christi Lewis, have been wonderful and supportive. Except Mr. Milligan. This is simply a wakeup call. First I followed the code to make an adjustment, the assessor and the boe did not adhere to the code. Second,
If someone who is able to understand code cannot get info from the assessor that can be understood, then how can the regular citizen? The second part of this suit is for the regular joe in Gloucester, trying to wake up the assessor to be a bit more open and friendly to the public. I'm only asking for compensation to have some leverage in the suit, and to make a point, if awarded, it goes back to the county as a gift.

Ok, so someone named Dr D made such a statement online, but I cannot find where someone named Dr Bill made such a claim?????????? So if you guys can't keep your names and people straight then how the heck do you expect others to know what the f* you're talking about?????? You people are so dumb you call everyone who has an opposing opinion on any topic 'Bill'. How dumb does that make you look!!!!!!!!!!

Personally? I think the good doctor should take ALL the money from the settlement and buy land next door to about 42 of you idiots and put in section 8 housing. Now that would be fun. The federal and state governments are almost demanding it. It would be a good way to get Glo into compliance on affordable housing, and get rid of you morons who can't read the law, who are too stupid to hire a lawyer, and who can't keep names straight on the blogs. Yes if I were you, i'd keep my identity covert, that would be a smart thing to do. Yes, I'd use multiple names like you do, and I'd be real careful about what I said. You know, he leads you guys down the primrose path all the time, and you don't even know it. It's laughable, ROFLMAO.....

It' much like the speculation you people make on the doctor's newspaper article that was supposed to appear in the Gazette. You speculate that he's pulling one over and that he's nuts because it didn't make the last edition. What idiots you are. I bet none of you talked with the reporter. I'd bet none of you know that the reporter wanted to print a complete story instead of just pieces.......that Quinton wanted to do something that the daily depress crap reporters don't do and that is to get the 'complete facts' before writing. You people are such idiots. No wonder sabo can string you along so easily, no wonder the CA got you people to file the petitions for him so easily and keep the heat off his back. Idiots.

YOU should be the one embarrassed bill/cym/dr.bill or whoever the heck you are today. What a mental case!
And all your talk of suing this person and that sounds very reminiscent of a former board chair. You might want to pick some new friends dude.

Once again, any attempt at coherent conversation with Bill/Cym/Dr. dissolves into nonesense. And he wonders why no one takes him seriously?!?!

Why won't he converse and allow for a free exchange of ideas by way of a normal conversation?

What a jacka**. It's really very sad, and I can only have pity for him.

All those posters are bill using various names to try and confuse the issue. He will communicate with anyone who tows his party line, but try and disagree with him and he'll revert to name calling the multiple different names patting himself on the back. Quite sad really. I'll just wait until the Gazette comes out and see what his settlement is. I do find it strange that the county settled so quickly when Mr. Wilmont had filed for the case to be dismissed.
