Joy in Gloucester County

I've wondered why it took Judge Parker so long to sign the paperwork in this case -- certainly he would've done his homework before he issued his ruling at a hearing, and to let it sit without signature for so long simply didn't make sense.

I hope for the sake of the 40 Petitioners as well as Gloucester County, that the rulings are rendered useless and un-enforceable at this point.

Although I found it interesting, and I was actually quite surprized, that Attorney Troy responded with what seemed to be a flippant and smart-aleck comment of 'Here we go again'. It would've been nice if maybe he opened a dialog with the other attorney about it to try to resolove the issue once and for all.

Maybe he is begining to feel as many others feel about his clients, and hoping that Election Day will bring this whole mess one step closer to a resolution.

I didn't expect Troy to go down quietly. Of course he's going to say it doesn't work that way, because HE didn't think about it. The bottom line, Parker waited and waited and waited. Why wait so long if he felt it was open and shut on the charges and then the sanctions, but didn't sign the final order until 6 months later. Maybe he realized it wasn't as open and shut as he thought. Hence the long wait. Either way, Parker waited too long and the sanctions should be tossed. FOR BOTH THE 40 AND THE COUNTY. Taxpayers shouldn't pay it and if this board votes to pay it, then all who vote for payment should be tossed out of office.

Go to Mr. Emmert's web page where he comments on these State Supreme Court rulings.......http://www.virgi nia-appeals.com/index.asp..... ..Read the comments on the cases.... When Parker had the hearing in December he was already to late to rule. Fascinating...

Shouldn't? How about can't get out of it? If the county doesn't pay, then the enforcement and interest charges mount.......if we don't pay, it just gets worse. Why don't we just make it go away? And move on...

Or maybe TA and Ressler will have to pay their own attorney's fees. Maybe that's what everyone feels should happen. You're so sure that Troy is right and the fees will stand up. Well, if they don't, then the ones who hired Troy and company will have to pay them. That would be true justice.

Why don't you twits (and there's no way i mean that in a nice way, considering the way you guys treat others...) show up tuesday and put your money where your mouth is? I'll be delivering a fabulous insult to some guy named sabo, a ranting about the bastardization of the 'homeboy' justice system in gloucester, etc, you know, the usual rant and rave.......

I haven't been on this site in months and now I am reminded why. Cym has never left. He and his nasty mouth, attacks on Matt Sabo, who only reports the news and Bill's defense of the likes of the 4.
Don't you have a life Bill?

Obviously, you think that what you have to say is of vital importance, so go ashead and rant. Just be aware of how others react to that sort of thing, and realize that many of us tune out when you begin to speak. At least we can plan for our bathroom break. As far as your attack on Matt Sabo is concerned, you are making this personal and that is not acceptable, nor does it have a place in a government meeting. You should be concerned if Mr. Sabo decides to bring a defamation suit against you for your comments, whatever they may be.

Yes and you keep trying to argue with me. So what does that make you. You can't even keep up with me. You can't debate me, you can't even get someone to agree with you. So if I'm stupid, that makes you more stupid than me.*L*

Try just one fact bill, just one, without insulting someone. The true measure of one's intelligence is their ability to make a point without insulting anyone, something you know nothing about.

It's all about attention and control. I miserable with my life, feel I have no control, so I take control by any means possible - even if its by bullying and harrasment in a chat room forum.
Where else do you think I can do this? I'd get my butt kicked!

Since my social etiquette is too domineering, negative and bitter, I am often left out of many social circles in the real world. Here, on Topix I can commandeer control and attention by crashing cyber
friendship circles. If that doesn't work, I can at least sabotage friendships so they feel what it is to be sad and lonely and bitter as I am.
I can also sneak up on people and trick them, or assault and abuse them. I'd get arrested on a variety of charges -such as harassment - by doing these things in real life. Here I can get away with it.
In an odd way, I expect to be patted on my back for my creative evil.
And if anyone calls my evil, I can just deny it and and say I was fooling. I can also tell them to grow up and stop being so sensitive.

The rewards my behaviour is personal satisfaction and notoriety on Topix . It's my legacy even as I spiral down the toilet of time eventually - taking all my deceit and sad little wasted troll life with me. No one will remember me well.
But I and my cyber bully friends will control, bully and manipulate you all to REPAY you all for the lack of love and acceptance we feel.
It's your faults. You made us feel like this.

Give me a freakin' break, Bill.

If you know you are a sociopath, you should check yourself in to Eastern State. And you're a Dentist?! Perhaps a report to the State Board is in order. Certainly they could request a psychiatry evaluation.....no way you should be working in healthcare with that type of mindset.
