Forgot to put the order in the envelope? Right. He DOES NOT want to file this order because he knows it marks the end of his
judge-ship.

Since tthe next order will outline how much WE as TAXPAYERS owe for the legal fees of the foul four, let's start a savings account rignt now so we can be prepared when the final number is announced, after they finagle a way to hold us (their constituents, who VOTED FOR THEM) responsible for paying their bills.

My first idea for saving up for this debt that us taxpayers of
Gloucester owe to our almighty Gloucester Mafia is to cancel our County's membership to the bogus NACO, or at the very least stop financing the trips to Hawaii, Kansas City, Nashville, OR ANYWHERE that we foot the bill for their room, board, meals and entertainment for this unethical group of individuals.

TA has been attending these "seminars" for years. What they are promoting must be how to be a lowdown and dirty politician. If indeed they are peddling some other ideas, these people aren't paying attention. Either way, do we want to continue to allow these people to use us and our money for these free vacations AND we pay their legal bills? Not this voter!

We hear constantly about how our schools are being cut to the bone, the county has no money to fill vacant positions, etc, and yet these scoundrels continue to give us the shaft! It is more than appalling that they walk all over us citizens who put them in office!

Granny,

It looks to me like neither the taxpayers nor the petitioners will have to pay their legal fees! They can't vote themselves the money, at least they can't at this time find a legal opinion that says they CAN vote to have the county pay the fees. AND, Emmert will get the sanctions overruled in the Supreme Court IF Parker can manage to get the final order written AND sent to the Gloucester County Courthouse! How many judges, lawyers, and law clerks does it to get it in the envelope and mailed...hummm??? LOL

I am stunned. This thing just gets crazier every day. Is there someone up there who has oversight of judges or are they above scrutiny? I would be alarmed if I had to appear before this guy for anything!!! I cannot believe this....

It is frightening to me that anyone so absent minded as to leave something like that out of the envelope is making decisions that drastically affect other people's lives. OR is it a stall tactic to help the foul four in some way? Time will tell.

Is Matt coming back next week for sure????

Adn since when does a judge do his own "putting it in the envelope and mailing it" thing? Secretaries? Paralegals? Hello?

But, ultimately, whose responsibility is it? Who hired the incompetent.

Ahh, who knows Pete. But a judge should be a bit more professional, one would think.

Well, we should know soon if the missing order was indeed a clerical error of a purposeful oversight. If the order is here this week, then I'd say clerical error, but if it doesn't show up, then there I'd say there is a more sinister reason.

# 22.....care and concern due to the nature of the
situation should have been applied. Whomever left out the Order should be fired.
