Richmond attorneys: No fans of the Daily Press, or Gloucester citizens

Contained in a raft of court documents in the lawsuit filed by three Gloucester supervisors and an ex-supervisor against Commonwealth's Attorney Robert D. Hicks are statements that would lead one to believe some hard feelings exist.

Amazing how the truth gets distorted in the news media.

Even more amazing how a few can continue to deny the truth... the people have spoken. The acts of Jan 2/3 2008 was not what the people wanted, yet we are all witnessing how the real abuse of the legal system with meritless lawsuits, intrusive subpoenas and a vindictive board out to suit or slander anyone that opposes them.

The good thing is the people will have the last word come election day. 2012 can not be here soon enough.

So you're one assumptive opinion. Wipe that brown stuff off your nose, get an education about the law, and try to get a job. You freeloaders on the tax system are useless.

Yep, assumptous is your name. I've been paying taxes longer than you and I don't sue the county on frivolous assumptions. I can't wait to see your suit tossed.

I'm amazed you can use words with more than 4 letters these days? Do you have a ghost writer writing for you now?

Bill, you can't even get a lawyer. Maybe the FAB 4 can get troutman sanders to get you in on a group discount. You're a sad individual.

If you can't show a doctor the respect he deserves for his position, what rights have you earned for respect in return? Try some respect and kindness, whether you like him or not, and see what happens.

There's a dentist in Gloucester named Bill
Who'd seeth while your teeth he would fill
Reese got Bill's nose out of joint
Couldn't see the poor dentist's point
So Bill sued him just for the thrill!

Why do you say he deserves respect? Because he's a doctor? Respect is EARNED, not given because of a title. I've seen precious little respect and kindness from bill. His first comments to me, more than a year ago, were demeaning, vulgar and nasty and all I did was disagree with him. I wasn't demeaning or disrespectful, just pointing out my point of view. He doesn't even remember because he's abused others for the same reason....disagreeing with him. IF he ever gave the respect to others deserve you say he has EARNED, then others might show him some respect. But the quickest way to stop a person from listening to your point of view is to call them a name, which has nothing to do with the issue at hand, something bill does consistently.

And unless I miss my guess, I'm posting bill with this response. Parroting other's names is his way of deflecting the issue.

I don't recall him ever calling you a name, directly, but you seem to take pleasure in attacking him by name when you can't even be sure the person who you say was calling names was him. Yes, the person online who you think is him seems to be quite coarse. Seems to me, you should clean up your act before criticizing others. Try some honey, honey.

You can't recall bill because you've slammed so many people with your vulgar attacks over the past two years you've lost track. Go back and read this blog and you will see the name calling you've done just in this week.

You change names more than the weather changes here in Virginia.

And if you took you're own honey, maybe you'd be sweeter here than the sourpuss you are in real life.

The doctor isn't here at the moment, but I'm sure he'll be back later tonight, and I'll be glad to tell him we spoke. I'm just curious, why do you let his comments determine your behavior? Isn't that a bit childish?

I warned ya about them, didn't I? They think that everyone that is against them, in any way, is me. They do no converse on a very high level, they attack the sender, they do not debate the topic. You don't need to help, you can't fix them, thanks.

I heard the 4 were being considered for a citizen's award too next month, something about standing up for truth and the law despite immoral and illegal popular opposition.
