The luncheon at Feather Falls Casino was hosted by the California Office of Traffic Safety and MADD.

This does not seem news "worthy" or worthy of any sort of award. The cop has been put in an over crowded box of rats(drunken rats) and told to make arrests of drunks driving.
Chico with its hundreds of liquor outlets, bars, legal and non legal drug/pharmaceutical pushers
(Enloe), and breweries combined with being an over crowded college full of degenerats, who would expect anything less but for them (MADD) to find "themselves" another over glorified hero cop.
I say you are all like the fire fighters a bunch of over paid, over staffed, corrupt union parasites "DOING" the local taxpayers.
More than likely you all will be those going to Hell, justifiably so.
Oh that includes the DA, his staff and the local deranged hand picked and sourly groomed judges.
It is as if Chico expects to avoid the effects of the national depression (Oboma's depression) by profiteering off of felonious arrests and milking the judicial system, rather then morally changing the situation by doing the right thing, which would be anything, something different!
But oh well it is typical of Butte county's total government, full of nepotist back scratched washing hands, right washing the left.
I will be praying for your evilness to end, but I know it is a lot of work for God, a lot to ask.

David, I thank you very much for your words of encouragement. I fee there are a great number of others who think and feel as I do but because of their sensitive positions are fearful of speaking up. The past election confirms as much as well as what happened with the Wisconsin recall election. I do feel confident that people are going to very soon begin to stand their ground and face the tough questions.
