What happen to all Estes' supporters that were making one post after another in his defense saying he was a good officer and had done nothing wrong. Why aint anyone of yall smothering the blog now. I know why, he has made all yall look like a bunch of idiots. Yall ran to his defense before you knew the truth about his crooked and corrupt ways. You should have kept your mouth shut and saved yourself some face. Now hes made all those that defended him look stupid and think that is soooooo funny. The doctors lawsuit is not only going to reveal all of Estes' deep dark secrets, its also going to expose all the rest of the cops who are mistreating people yet doing whatever they want too without suffering any consequences. The time has finally come when everyone at the city is going to get their dirty laundry exposed. The good cops are finally going to get their revenge on the bad cops.

There's about a 98% chance this lawsuit will not go anywhere. The burden of proof in a civil rights lawsuit is tremendous. The officer stopped her for speeding. She left the traffic stop. He arrested her. There has to be gross conduct on the part of the officer for such a lawsuit to be successful. Although the officer could have handled the situation better, I do not see anything that he did that would get this civil claim anywhere near a jury trial.

His name is Brandon Dixon. He is from Wayne County, married with a child and one on the way. He is a great guy.

Things like this I believe are the reason why the town of Pulaski is not allowed to have a jail. I believe the woman was lucky she wasn't raped. Stuped police can cause harm to taxpaying citizens. Citizens I believe know many more accounts worse than this. Our family has experienced some.

This doctor is going to win her lawsuit because the city is going to do what they have to in order to keep everything quite. The last thing they want is their dirty laundry aired out for everyone to hear and realize just how corrupt the city administration really is. I hope she fights them to the end and demands a jury of her peers to make the final decision. If she does that then everyone in pulaski will know the truth about what goes on behind those closed government doors. The truth would shock alot of citizens. They may not be able to handle the truth because it will bring you to your knees to find out what kind of evil people we have put our faith in when it come to guarding our safety and well being.

yeah, now she's left town. I cant find my records from her. I think Pulaski and her made a deal that if they gave her money for all the troubles, she would have to leave town. Im not for sure, i dont know what the heck is going on, but if anyone knows, please reply.
