I want to know if John Preisachs's insurance pays up, or if they screw him over by saying it's an "Act of God". Please follow up on this. Anyway, how can an insurance company claim act of God when we can't even speak of God in our courts or post the 10 commandments. Insurance companies should be banned from claiming "It's an act of God" and pay up. It caught my ear last night on the news when the reporter stated that it was a possibility. Anything could be an "act of God" then so why would I be paying for home insurance? I feel bad for John Preisachs, and wish the best for his rebuilding efforts.
