Which buildings? I know the house next to the Sunshine gas station with a blue tarp for a roof has been on the chopping block. A lot of those houses are in dire need of remodeling & would look so nice if someone would but its not gonna happen in this economy. A house I used to hang out in when I was a kid looked ready for the wrecking ball until the Letobars bought it in the 90's & remodeled the whole house. It now looks like one those grand old homes from the turn of the century in downtown Clarkston. So much history yet so little money
