A thousand bucks would be better. The strip clubs usually bring in the undesirables that cause a higher crime rate. The taxpayer has been paying this cost for years.

I'd have to agree with HumanSpirit on the $1000. Strip clubs themselves are a disgrace, anything to get something worthwhile out of them is a good idea.
