THE POLICE DEPT., UTILITIES DEPT. SHOULD ALL BE AUDITED.THERE IS TO MUCH GOING ON IN THIS SMALL TOWN AND THE LOCAL PAPERS NEED TO STAY INVOLVED IN THEIR INVESTAGATIONS, ESPECIALLY THE CHERRYVILLE EAGLE.3214

So what's next? I haved lived here all of my life and I have always known that the people who ran Cherryville were as crook-ed as a mountain dirt road. What about accountibility? Are those city leaders, both past and present, going to pay for their "mistakes"? I'm afraid that after many years of corruption, our little town in in a hole far too deep to get out of. I just hope I win enough money from the lottery to move out of town.

So what is happening with the Cherryville Rescue Squad? Is it ever going to be active again? I mean the investigative reporting of the Eagle not withstanding. LOL

They swept it under the rug and covered it all up. It's the Cherryville way. Critics will get a few thousand dollar water bills until they get enough money to cover it all up.
