I have pictures of a Hamm & phillips truck delivering a load of stolen oil to a saltwater disposal. The truck goes to the lease, draws water and oil from the tank, then brings the oil to the disposal. The truck then draws off the water from the truck, then puts the oil in the disposals oil tank and reloads the truck with water and takes the water only to the place it was supposed to go. This way it appears that only water was drawn off at the well. The disposal then paid the driver in cash and when several of these transactions took place the disposal sells the oil for the market price. The drivers price was $8 per barrel. this happened all 6 years I worked there.
