Just give them a slap on the hand judge like you always do and tell them not to do it again or you will spank them... you know your into that kind of stuff just look at the people you hang out with...

Otherwise just let them go completely off paper and all charges dismissed. Your just perpetuating the Cycle. Taking a broke a#$ criminal giving them more fines with no way to pay them other than more criminal acts which are the only way to make money at least enough money in the amount of time in which the courts allow in wonderful economy in which we live.
