If he wants to be put to death, he should get it and quit wasting time and money. I don't understand why we the people should not support it!

America is one of the last "Westernized" countries to still use the Death Penalty.

Is the whole "Death Penalty" wrong?

No it is not wrong. Why pay to house a killer for 20 or 30 years and pay all their medical expenses.
This needs to stop

I feel for them. Marco Chapman should have been put to death awhile ago before now, just maybe carolyn and her daughter would feel more at ease now that he has been put to death. what i would like to know is where has there father been all this time while going through this tragic time? i know of him and he is still a resident in this county, but i havent heard one word of him through all of this, its just sad.

This county has pretty much acted as if the dad doesnt exist. One murder that alot of people forget that happened a few years ago is that of Jennifer Miller, a very sweet and beautiful young girl that died by a man that killed and cut her up in many pieces and spread her out over his family farm on the Gallatin and Grant county line. He is now serving an insulting 20 year sentence which only around 15 is left.

Very true I guess he is better off out of the spotlight, I just think its sad. Yes i totally agree that man that killed Jennifer Miller should rot in hell for what he did to that poor girl. 20 years is nothing for him. Justice wasnt served in that situation at all. all i can say is he will get his in the end.

I know nothing about this case, however the cons do, and if it was realy bad, there is a silent justice among convicts, these have their own rules of law.

There have been over 250 DEATH ROW INMATES who have proven that they where not the person that committed the crimes they where accused of with DNA evidence. If they would have been put to death we would have killed over 250 innocent men. Is that murder?
