Whatever happened to Fellons no longer having the right to vote. This election is looking more and more corrupt every day.

No kidding it reminds me of the corrupt presidential elections that took place in 2002 & 2004 where vote calculations were actually changed in order to put Bush in office and areas highly populated with democrats were not given a chance to vote because those voting precincts had so few voting booths. I am afraid to say it but what goes around comes around. As a supporter of the Republican Party I was ashamed of what Bush and his administration and staff were able to pull off in those prior elections. We must now suck it up and realize that it was an incredible mistake to place Palin on the ticket. I will vote for McCain out of principle only even though Obama's plan benefits most citizens financially in the long run. It would be different if the 2002 & 2004 elections that we stole produced positive results but after review the only people that profited from those elections were Bush's friends & financial backers to his campaign. I am afraid that 20 years from now the history books will teach that the stolen elections produced nothing but the worst economic crisis the world had ever experienced and a War was waged costing thousands of US deaths because Bush and other Republicans wanted to reap the rewards of owning or investing in businesses that profited from the war. I will always support the GOP but I doubt I will ever be proud to do so again.

Sounds like ACORN is involved in this. They've tried to register a 7 year old. They've tried registering dead people. And they recently tried to bribe on man to register 72 times.

Zelda,
I think you have missed the point that was made above. It does not matter how many people register illegally the only thing that matters is if illegally registered voters go to the poles to cast a ballet. Don't know how it is where you are but I seriously doubt a 7 year old kid who actually registered to vote illegally can walk into a voting booth and cast a ballet. What would happen if you showed up at the polling booth on Election Day with a guy that had been dead for a year or more, just dug up & dragged in to place a vote. I think it was such a waste of time and money airing the stories about Acorn. How many homeless people, 90% of them transient, that were approached to register by ACORN will actually show up to vote? I think you are getting all worked up over nothing. As Rove put it above the elections were out right stolen when vote calculations were altered in 2000 & 2004 as well as GOP involvement to suppress votes in Dem populated areas. Now that is a concern. Actual illegal votes can make a difference as can manipulate voting results. Illegal registration means nothing at all. Next time you see a homeless person walking down the street consciously think about what would happen if you walked up to him and asked him to register. Now wait one week to one month and drive to that exact place or area you found them wandering on a predetermined specified day and see if you can find them. Would that be considered a person that illegally registered whom would in any way what so ever decide the outcome of an election? As for the prisoners registering to vote it goes without saying. I doubt the DOC will arrange to escort them to the polling booth to vote.
