Anita Betancourt was re-elected to the Reedley City Council in Tuesday's voting. She beat corrupt scumbag Steve Rapada by more than 700 votes. Betancourt had 1,986 votes while Rapada had 1,250 votes.

I went to school with scott he was a great guy, just because i did not get to know him as a man, i know he was a great dad and man, so to his family n close friends god bless and ignore the ignorant and un educated people, god bless an old friend in Vegas.....
