The state of Idaho isn't the only one struggling with growing inmate populations.

As Aarron's lack of cognitive thought proves, Idaho's jail problem largely stems from illegal drugs and stupidity. Fix that and you'll fix the growing inmate population.

Isn't going to help much to give them more time, just keeps the prisons fuller longer. we need to work on bringing crime rate down by providing alternative activities to steer individuals away from crime, not let them continue committing crimes and getting caught.
