The Winchester Municipal-Regional Planning Commission met for its regularly scheduled meeting Monday, Oct.

I think the library should be relocated to a diffrant place. Not a safe part of town anymore,
building should be bigger with a place to watch videos and movies, play video games, read books online. 40% of books are 1985 and older. i would be willing to pay 50 bucks a year more in taxes for a better library!

The Library should be located to a (differant) place. Renters accross from the Library have been looking in cars that are parked. I agree the area is not safe. Burger king should be picking up there trash near the library. As far as watching videos there i think there is a much greater need for more books. I think people who work there do a great job .

i been homeless and i still spend a lot of hours there and have over the last 30 years best place to be
