Why isn't the PO or anyone asking the judges and sheriff why they pressured the commissioners so hard for the new courthouse that everyone else didn't want right now? I think those are the people who need looked at, and that's where I'm going to write in the CRC candidates. That's their entire platform and so that should be where they go.

Ahhh, the Democratic Process. He with the 'most money' wins! These somewhat wealthy people do not view reality the way the Middle class or the Poor do. Until the Majority rise up, and take back their Govt, even at a local level, nothing will ever change. It's always the same names, with the same connections and the same AGENDA!

My thought exactly.

Wouldn't be nice if there was not this big race to get enough money whether from individuals or corporations or political groups.

But, that thought crashes to to floor when any attempts to limit these activities was crushed by the Supreme Court decisions saying corporations can advertise for the candidates that serve them best.

So we are doomed with our only savior the idea that citizens would ignore the constant barrage of half truths & lies & actually become informed on the candidates.

In other words, we are doomed.

I've seen Mr. Keller behind the scenes quite a bit and he is a wonderful commissioner, always has the best interest of the residents in mind.

that's usually why they are wealthy and the middle class and poor are not. All it takes is a shift in attitude about what money is and how to manage it. Simple yes. Easy, not so much. Worth it? Whuddya think?

Beware when you see Shuster & Alloway contributing to a candidate. Nothing is free, especially in the political field.
