Quote: Dickerson used a push mower, riding mower, leaf blower and weed trimmer at residential, retail and church properties. This work activity all occurred while Dickerson was receiving Permanent Total Disability.

Comment: Aren't these people checked "before" they do on the dole?

How is this even possible to qualify for permanent total disability and do all this? How were the doctors fooled?

Something is up with the doctors who signed off or since this is bereau of workmans comp something fishy on both sides.

Know someone who had both lwgs crushed at a dock. Company did not fight him but the Ohio bereau of workmans comp sure did.

When I worked in Retail, we had a startling number of employees get terminated for Worker's Comp fraud. They would stage "workplace accidents" and claim injuries, but those injuries were actually pre-existing conditions. One employee admitted that he had a bad hip, but could not afford to have surgery, so he staged a work accident and claimed a hip injury so that he could have a hip replacement. It is crazy the lengths that some people will go to just to get time off. http://www.trammellandmills.com/Workers-compe...
