Sheeeeeyit. As obama's approval numbers crater, expect all of your typical obama supporters to start copping pleas in order to qualify for the pardons he'll be granting before he leaves office this coming Janurary. The lines for the pardons will grow longer and faster than you can say "obamamoney housing voucher"

You really are stupid by asking thast question. You know I posted it because he's a typical obama supporter, and typical obama supporters think of the crime first, not whether it should be committed or whether they'll get caught.

Btw, since you're so interested in my posts, can I call you 'boy' as a familiar nickname?

Im not worried about that guy, this is what Im worried about. Republican Governor of Pennsylvania who is in deep whit the oil and gas industry just rammed through PA HB 1950 Act 13.

Pennsylvania, where the Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution were signed and where the U.S. coal, oil and nuclear industries began, has adopted what may be the most anti-democratic, anti-environmental law in the country, giving gas companies the right to drill anywhere, overturn local zoning laws, seize private property and muzzle physicians from disclosing specific health impacts from drilling fluids on patients.

That's right folks Dick Cheney and his evil minions if you live in Pennsylvania can seize your property to drill and if you get poisoned from it the law forbids your Doctor to show your medical records as evidence.

Is Ohio next? This is the result they have been going for the whole time. A corporate America where they can take anything from you and you have no rights.

This is not a Muslim takeover or any of that [email protected] this is fact, it's law and it's here and now in Pennsylvania. Ohioans need to prepare to fight if they try to enact the same law.

I scanned the Act and admittedly not a thorough reading but I didn't see anything you listed. In fact it appeared to be about “Unconventional gas well fees”, What they can be used for, how each city, county can obtain them etc.

If I'm missing the "The Right to Drill Anywhere", overturn zoning laws and rest you listed, direct me to where I can read it.

I used these links:

I went here first:

Scrolled down to "Act Analysis" which took me here:

Issues like this concerns everyone. I don't understand your fear of who tells you. Not opinion but facts. Like war or cancer. Does it matter the political leanings of the person that tells you?

I fear all this propaganda of left and right in order to divide and conquer is way too successful.

I promise you this. That law may end up in the Supreme Court. Remember awhile back when big business came into towns and through the local governments and whole housing areas were deemed "unlivable"? The land was then handed over to a big business? This is no different.

But see they have you now supporting this stuff under the "conservative banner" when it's as anti-American as communism. Look closely at the law. It's giving them rights to do it through tricky land mineral rights of home owners.
