"convicted on Oct. 11 for the charges of delivery, two counts of criminal conspiracy and two counts of criminal use of a communication facility. He was sentenced to at least eight years in prison on Nov. 17," Someone needs to explain the law to me. What was he doing still on the loose on Nov 28th? Of course there are so many typos in this story, maybe some of these dates are also not correct.

The Reason he wasnt in jail was because he skipped out on sentencing, which basically ment he was still free until he was found which wasnt until 10 days after his sentencing.

Oh My God!, the Police were in another High speed chase, what are they thinking (sarcasm)? What's this world coming too (sarcasm)!! What are we going to blame on the police this time? Chasing after a convicted felon?

Hope we learned a lesson from the Fulton County murder-suicide case. Felon with firearms should equal NO BAIL!

Now all we can hope is, this fine upstanding young man can get bail and get more guns. He wasn't allowed to be drinking either.

From what I was told, from a fairly reliable source, is that the guy was convicted for selling heroin and crack and was scheduled for sentencing. He cried to the presiding judge about how he had to care for his sick mama or some other sob story. The judge initially told the sheriff's deputies to take him to the county jail, but then changed his mind and decided to give the guy bail. Everyone knew this guy was not going to voluntarily surrender himself and face a lengthy prison sentence. Well, almost everyone. Apparently at least one person in the courtroom thought it was a good idea to let this Baltimore crack and heroin dealer out on bail. I'm just glad the guy did not shoot someone with that gun he got caught with when he was on the run. Bottom line...when this guy was found guilty, he should have gone right to jail to await his sentencing. If taking care of mama was so damn important to him, then he should have been with her in Baltimore rather than selling heroin and crack in Waynesboro.
